A Kansas City institution since 1933, Stroud's Pan-Fried Chicken launched into the future by introducing Stroud's Spicy Hot Chicken (a slightly sweeter take on Nashville Hot Chicken) and finally offering a Happy Hour menu for their loyal customers. Design needed to stay close to the red-checkered table cloth origins, but also give a little nod to the 21st century. Cheers!
